I met one of my closest friends today, Julia, through Gofrendly. I moved back to my hometown and thought I needed to make new friends as I had drifted apart from my old ones, as you do sometimes. What’s so nice is to meet someone who is the same age and who has lived in the same town as me but whom I had never met before. We clicked immediately and to this day we can look at each other and laugh at bad inside jokes. We have known each other for a little over 1.5 years now and are planning to celebrate our upcoming 30th birthdays with a lovely trip this summer.
