Ninni & Hannah – A Friendship Tale
Ninni had recently gone through a separation, and Hannah had just relocated to Stockholm when they discovered each other on Gofrendly.
“Without Gofrendly, we wouldn’t have found each other. We talk to each other at least three times a day and try to meet as often as we can,” says Hannah. “This app has played a significant role in our lives,” Ninni adds.
Much aligned in terms of interests and preferences, they initially went for coffee and met sporadically. However, after about a month, they both realized how much they enjoyed each other’s company. From that point onwards, they began spending more time together and evolved into best friends.
“It’s almost unbelievable how perfectly we complement each other, and we have a blast whenever we’re together,” they both happily exclaim, with laughter in their voices.
Listening to their story, you can sense the profound gratitude they share. Not only do they enjoy nights out in clubs and parties, but they also cherish spending time at the gym, working out side by side.
“Or sometimes, we just meet and chat. We can talk about anything, and having someone with whom you can share everything feels absolutely fantastic,” Hannah enthusiastically explains.
Finding New friends in Stockholm
“Moving to Stockholm and trying to build new connections isn’t the easiest task. Many people want to meet new friends in this city, but it can be quite challenging. Everyone has their own lives – partners, families, and long-standing friendships,” Ninni points out.
Ninni originally hails from Småland but moved around during her late teens, eventually ending up in Stockholm seven years ago with her then-boyfriend. However, after the relationship ended, she felt the need to find new female friends.
Hannah, who had relatively recently relocated from Norrköping, discovered Gofrendly through a friend who was already using the app. It’s been nearly a year since they first connected on the app. Both of them are confident that their friendship will continue to grow, offering countless delightful conversations and exciting adventures in the years ahead.
“We’ve even promised each other that we’ll live in the same retirement home when we grow old!” Hannah says, laughing heartily.
